Theron Fairchild belongs to the Faculty of Business Administration at Kanagawa University, Japan. He teaches classes on Japanese history, East Asian studies, and international work environments, as well as English within the International Business Communication (IBC) program. He holds a Ph.D. in psychology and a M.A. in Japanese history from American Universities. In addition to traditional lectures, he employs creativity, role-playing, and psychology for an applied approach to student development.
